Terms of service

The terms of using Onceva, including during early access, in plain language.

Last updated: 14 August 2026Governing law: Islamic Republic of Pakistan

Onceva is currently in early access. Some sections below are specific to that stage and will be revisited as the product moves to general availability. We do not claim a certification, approval or legal status that has not actually been obtained.

01Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, submitting an early access or walkthrough request, or otherwise using Onceva, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the clinic or organisation you represent. If you do not agree, please do not use Onceva.

02Eligibility

Onceva is intended for use by licensed healthcare practitioners, clinics and hospitals operating in Pakistan, and by staff acting on their behalf. Clinician access during early access is intended for practising clinicians, and we may ask for a professional registration number (such as a PMDC number) to confirm this.

03Accounts and access

A clinic account is created for a specific clinic or practice. The clinic is responsible for the staff accounts it creates under it, for assigning appropriate roles, and for removing access when a staff member leaves.

04Account security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to an account, so we can help secure it. Do not share individual login credentials between staff members; each person who uses Onceva should have their own account, so that the audit trail on a record reflects who actually made an entry.

05Acceptable use

Onceva may only be used for legitimate clinical, administrative and billing purposes connected to patient care. You agree not to:

06Clinic and patient data

The clinical, patient and billing data a clinic enters into Onceva belongs to that clinic. We process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy policy, and do not claim ownership of it. A clinic remains responsible for the accuracy of what its staff enter, for obtaining any consent required from its patients under applicable law, and for the clinical decisions its clinicians make — Onceva is a record and workflow system, not a substitute for clinical judgement.

07Intellectual property

The Onceva software, design, branding and underlying technology belong to Onceva and its licensors. These terms give you the right to use Onceva for your clinic's own purposes; they do not transfer ownership of the software or any right to copy, resell or redistribute it.

08Availability

We aim for Onceva to be available whenever a clinic needs it, but as with any hosted software, we cannot promise uninterrupted availability, and there may be planned maintenance or unplanned outages. We will be transparent with affected clinics about any outage that affects their ability to work.

09Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Onceva develops, particularly as early access moves toward general availability. Where a change materially affects how a clinic uses Onceva, we will give notice before it takes effect. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

10Early access terms

Early access is offered free of charge to accepted clinicians and clinics, at our discretion, and is provided on an as-is basis while the product is still being completed. Features still being finished are marked clearly inside the product rather than hidden. We will tell every clinic directly, with notice, before early access terms change or end, and no clinic will lose access to its own patient records without warning. Feedback given during early access may be used to improve Onceva, without any obligation to compensate the person giving it.

11Suspension and termination

A clinic may stop using Onceva at any time and export its records beforehand. We may suspend or end an account that misuses the system, accesses another clinic's or patient's data without authorisation, or otherwise breaches these terms, and will where reasonably possible give notice and an opportunity to export data first, except where immediate action is needed to protect patient data or the security of the system.

12Disclaimers

Onceva is a clinical record and workflow tool. It does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for the judgement of a qualified clinician. To the extent permitted by applicable Pakistani law, Onceva is provided without warranties of any kind beyond those expressly stated in these terms.

13Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable Pakistani law, Onceva's liability arising from your use of the service is limited to direct damages, and Onceva is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including in respect of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

14Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Onceva will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
